About:
- Following the flood outbreak in some LGAs of Adamawa State, Jami Al Hakeem Foundation (J-HF) and Valfasam care Initiative (VCI) conducted a need assessment to assess the WASH needs of people that were affected by flood in Makama B ward, Adama Namtari Primary Camp in Yola South LGA Adamawa State. On 9th and 10th of October 2023 respectively where questionnaires were administered to the victims using Kobo collect tools.
- On 14th October 2023, Hygiene promotion and distribution of NFIs was carried out to the Identified household affected by flood.
Reach:
- 232 individuals responded to the questionnaire administered
- 130 household were sensitized on general hygiene and open defection
- 130 household received dignity and IEC materials
